I actually asked him - bringing up a set from Godkitchen in Dublin from 2002 (that he remembered) with him and Armin playing back to back (one of my fave sets). He said that Junkie XL will be between them. Armin, Junkie and then Ferry. I'm glad Ferry's closing! One possibility though is that Armin may get excited and come up on stage with Ferry at the end.
He told me that he likes playing back to back, but sometimes he doesn't. It depends on the mood of the DJs, the crowd...what style of music you want to spin. Sometimes they're just feeling it.

I actually got to meet him back in March, thanks to some special NYTA! Got a VIP bracelet and danced with him on stage...talked to him all night. But this was even better - more time to just hang out with him not having to change CDs!
