i just got back from a ....ugggh..hate to say this....rock concert some old mates of mine dragged me too! and even worse i thought the lead guy was very fit!!! (well he was......wot he played had nuffin to do with his looks)

experiments on anita have shown that one trip to gatecrasher can totally convert music taste... last year anita used to be into all that rock stuff, problem was it wasnt even good rock or metal.. korn, limp bizkit etc bleh... i took her to GC for her birthday and ever since then she has listend to trance and nothin else lol

Oh that is true gatecrasher can convert anyone to liking trance. Amazing place, convert my garage mate, she needed a lot of converting as well.

he he.....the thing is all i have listened to for the past 4 years solid is techno of some sort (and i don't even really listen to trance..more techno...he he)
so it was quite odd to be at a rock concert.....lol

yeah, s'ok to like other stuff, although rock is a little tooo (hummm, how can i put this?) crap!. but when i was younger i was listening to UK hard techno, gabba, industrial techno, and breakcore, and i still like it very much now. I dont buy any of it anymore, but theres nothing i like more, than to listen my old records at about 260 B.P.M with babies screaming on top of it!!! bwahahaa!

but, the way i see it is, that you need different music at different times, to suit your moods:
hard/uplifting trance - when in an energetic mood
progressive/tribal trance - when in a chilled, creative mood
rock - when in a piss all your friends off mood

umm....well i used to be our equivalent of a cyberkid.....the "candyraver" but i really don't get all dressed up anymore since there is a lack of decent parties and too many wannabees out there put us to shame!!!
