salt water is good for them, but you should pop back to the shop and get the liquid stuff.

really? i think they'll be a lot more popular in the future. look at nose piercings for example, they used to be fairly rare, and now every other girl has it done. as for tattoos, maybe the butterfly on the lower back or the tribal arm band are fads...but tattoos will stay around.

hey to each their own. they're not for me and when i see them i'm not impressed. only the hardcore ones interest me. i like my body just the way it is and i get tired of anything quickly so why put something permanent on my skin. take your favorite song and play it every day you wake up for the rest of your life.

Neosporin is fine...just dont go swimming in a pool, get sunburnt or use vasaline (it will pull the ink out). Remember, when you can...expose it to air. i only used cream and a wrap when I went to bed and left it exposed the rest of the time ( after the first couple days.)

i've seen tattoos fade after using petroleum-based products (Vaseline, Bactine, etc) so make sure that whatever you're using is specifically meant for tattoos. you should probably just go back to the shop you got it at and buy some Tattoo Goo or whatever similar product they sell.

keep it out of the sun, wear sunscreen on it whenever you do go in the sun, and don't pick at it while it's healing!
