Always fun when a girl approaches you, but it doesn't happen as often. Usually they'll let you know with their body language if they are single, interested, and open to you starting a convo with them. Then it's up to you.

The uber confident girls are the ones that just walk right up to you though and say what's on their mind:

"Me and my girlfriends were just talking about you and we think you're really cute. You should come camping with us."

A girl I made eye contact with two weeks before came and found me at work:

"I just had to come meet you."

I get variations of this a-lot:

"What are you smiling about?"
