I just got this in an email:

"Scientists in Italy have discovered that a large number of the male Italian population have a penis less than 3" in length.

In order to help Italian research, the Canadian Government has asked that those Italians living in Canada who are afflicted with this problem to identify themselves by displaying a red, white and green flag when driving their cars during the month of July."

I lol'ed.
