bah hostel... what a wank!

its only gory when there alive, we went to a job ot long ago where a guy had put an angle grinder through his chest wall and severed his pec muscle proper and good... it was a case of his arm went that way and his chest went that way... didnt manage to sever any major lines (luckily) but there was blood everywhere.. strangely enough he lived! i could see his lungs though...

name is not alister btw...

Yeah didn't think so... you sound a lot more intelligent than the almac i'm thinking of.

so when you say dissecting the male reproductive system was difficult, do you mean difficult in terms of technical skill or difficult in terms of squeamishness factor?

haha both...

do you know how many layers there are on the testes and how thin some of them are?? cremaster muscle, tunica vaginalis, tunica albiginea bla bla bla... then you get internal seminiferous tubles, septa, rete testes bla bla then you realise youve just taken apart some poor blokes gonads!!

Posted by Trance Nutter on Jul-19-2006 03:18:

I think they do an episode on the reproductive system in a few weeks time.

The show was amazing .. didnt think the cadaver was going to be propped up like that, though.

LOL .. after they had skinned him, I thought his scalp complete with hair looked rather weird, just hanging there on that rack thing

Missed monday's show but it seems pretty interesting so I did a look around, turns out it's available through bittorrent, dvd rips of all 4 eps. But by the looks of it SBS is playing the whole 4part series through each Monday night.
Should be interesting..
