PvD @ Capitol in Perth, Australia earlier this year.

plays one song. goes for the fade. computer fucks up. silence.

trys again. plays one song. goes for the fade. computer fucks up. silence.

you could see the FEAR in his eyes. and the devastation in those of the peak time punters'.

after that he recovered well and played a banging 4 hours but it took ME ages to recover.

i heard a story of Oakie performing at Coachella in southern california where it was an outdoor event and it was getting really windy. the record skipped 3 times because of the wind, and he simply walked out on the decks without saying a word

Thats not as bad as this...my friend saw Oakey looking through his CD case as the tracks were mixing and the kicks got swapped

Haha you mean serato and ableton live...and CDJs. I haven't seen him using TTs in the past few years...though I have seen him use two laptops and CDJs.
