Nonetheless, even if it was an accidently cell phone thing, I don't think the women deserve to DIE that's a bit harsh. That's like saying the next time you accidently hit a car, a truck should plow into you and you should die.

The fect that there are cell phone guns out there is frightening. you know that a hunter is not gonna buy one, so it is pretty obvious that this is gonna be a street thing. Jesus, who the fak invents these things? As If there isnt enough violence to deal with

yes i'm going to have to agree that the girls cellphone gun went off, and the bullet ended up hitting them both. It makes sense that it is a cellphone gun because they didn't fall over or anything but instead walked up the stairs to the coat check. Also it is weird that they say they didn't notice getting shot. Maybe they did notice but decided to leave right away because they didn't want to explain that they snuck a gun into a nightclub. So they go to the coat-check but people notice the blood so they say oh someone must have shot us.

haven't heard of a cellphone gun before but sounds like it is made so that you can sneak it past security at places like nightclubs. If thats what happened i'm happy they shot themselves rather than someone just out to have a good time.

with the crowd that crobar brings in, I'm not surprised by this news. don't fuck with lee hottie. he'll shoot you.

Not surprising. I am amazed that these women can't go back to work, yet they walked up the stairs after being shot, especially in such a physically demanding field as insurance. Hell, i wouldn't go back to work either if I was sitting on a cash cow like this. I'm guessing it'll settle for a percentage of that.

In October, a 29-year-old woman was snatched after leaving a Halloween party at Crobar. Her attacker forced her into a car, raped her and dumped her in Elizabeth, N.J. "And now someone is running around with a gun inside the club," Krentsel said. "How does that happen?"

This doesn't look good for Crobar. I wonder if these ladies can win the suit and what will happen to Crobar if they do. What pisses me off is that in the article they seem to blame Crobar for the violence in the area, even though there's plenty of other clubs around.
About the underage drinking, they've gotten pretty serious in controlling it.

It's be even easier to control if they stopped having 18+ parties. I mean, they already scan IDs going in, which is one of the points being brought up with all the club rule reform being discussed lately.

And yeah, the news reporting sucks, but at the same time, what do you expect when the only quotes are from the 2 women's attorney? Of course he's going to portray it as poorly as possible.

I remember the days when people werent being let into Crobar for wearing sneakers... and when the club was STRICTLY 21+...

That is part of the reason why a lot of the 21, 22, 23 year-olds are pissed that it's 18+ now. They missed out when they were 18-20, now they have to deal with the douchebag behavior of the 18-21 crowd after they finally reached the 21 milestone.

Yea, but I was patient, and waited until I was 21 to get in. And its not a jealousy thing - its just that the clubs vibe is alot better in a 21+ environment.
