I prefer when a place has a nice fairly packed(with many hot girls) dance floor and also has either an outside patio or another floor to chill in for when you want to hold a conversation.

Anyway i went with option number 2. At one point i just realised that i fed up wth the drugs the liquor and jumping around like an idiot, looking for that perfect girl who is just drunk enough to be up for a quickie but not drunk enough to puke all over my car.

Anyway smmoth music, smooth drink and a decent amount of nice people and im happy.

Slylee this is actually a GREAT question! I've often thought about this and I think it depends on the person's age and clubbing experience. I've found that most people in their early 20s are relatively new to the adult clubbing experience and they will gladly brave the packed club and all of the horrors it brings. Over the years their mindset changes and they long for a more relaxed environment. So basically if you ask someone who just turned 21 and who has been weaned on Tiesto thru his/her formative years then he will happily enjoy the cramped club atmosphere. But I guarantee you�after 4-5 years of this his attitude will change lol

there should be another option for us who don't do drugs

If Digweed is there, I don't care how packed the club is...it would just add to the atmosphere that is Digweed. However...going to Avalon (rather big club in LA) to see a great DJ that i've seen multiple times before isn't as fun as going to my local boys club night.

But again, let me state....Digweed for the fucking win.

That's pretty funny. In Australia you can drink at 18, and thus get into any club... Which means if u don't shave at 16 or have a good source for fake id or know the bouncers u can get in at clubs - apart from that there are massive underage nights at some clubs (they tend to be really shit, but provide for fun memories nonetheless). SO yeah by 21 you're pretty much over drinking ridiculous amounts till you throw up or pass out at parties. And by 22 you're pretty much over the whole club atmosphere. I'm 24 now, most of my friends are 23/24 and most of them have been over clubs for a while.

Over here you didnt need any id when i started clubbing (at a nice age of 14), ive done teh drugs, the alcohol and sluts before i started high school so now that im 22 im quite satisfied with drinking lemonade and just chilling out instead of partying hard.

exactly. i was just seeing where most of the cor whores are at in their life.


i'm 24 and i know chicks who are like 28 and still do the whole jam packed club scene with drugs n stuff. i'm just over it really. maybe like once or twice a year, but that's it.

also, what astroboy said is totally true. i had the pleasure of living in japan from the time that i was 15 till i was 17, and i was hitting up bars and clubs in japan during that time because they never ID'd us and they had beer machines on the street corners. i was in heaven lol. i started getting a taste of that adult life very early. getting home drunk at like 4 in the morning when i was 17...that's not really the norm here in America. then i came back to the US for my senior year of high school (18) and i discovered exstasy and started clubbing at all the 18 and older clubs, doing drugs every weekend. So yea, right around 23, I started getting fed up and I just feel like an old lady now even though I'm only 24. If I go out to a club, I'm home and in bed by like 2 a.m. now. hahah That was like unheard of back when I was a cokehead and hitting up south beach every weekend. Sometimes, we didn't even get our blow and start really partying until like 1 a.m.

I just can't (and don't want to) hang like that any more.

Depends highly on the type of music for me, since I like both harder and more easy-going techno stuff.

One just does not program Oscar Mulero in a loungy area. However, I can see myself enjoying Hawtin whilst laying back, sipping on a glass of vodka.. And just get groovin' a little later.

i used to live in japan at around the same age it was great. when our senior class was having big parties it wasnt uncommon for some of our teachers to show up and start drinking with us too. nothing beats tokyo

Depends on the country and preferred genre and such.

I've been clubbing clubbing for 8 years now, and I still love it, started on trance, moved to hard house, then went back to trance from 2003 onwards.

I still like going to a bar/lounge from time to time, but that is more a summer thing.

Noting beats a good night out at a club with non-stop dancing, and keep in mind I gave up the chems a few months back, and have enjoyed my nights out more and outlasted all my mates.

And I'm only 24 years young in 2 months time
