All the other teen years suck, but this limbo stage was a good time

So where, and how can i experience this? I turn 18 in a couple of months.

I don't understand how you do not pay for it.

I hav no clue what to do.

personally, i have depressing memories of my teen years. i wouldn't say they were bad but i have become increasingly happy in life as i have gotten older.

i suppose to help you with your essay, you could say that being a teen is better because many teens have no financial obligations or any other kind of responsibilities. It is nice not to have to worry about your car payment, insurance, mortgage, etc. Also, you don't have to worry about kids or other kinds of responsibilities. it's harder to say why being a teen is better than being in your early twenties when you are employed and single. you'll have to bullshit that part.

there are better times than your teens. I haven't been through em all, but once I do I'll let you know.

Posted by Mothers on Jul-23-2006 04:36:

hey boomer, Bas rutten jus won his comeback by TKO.

Posted by DjConfessions on Jul-23-2006 04:46:

teens as a whole no. i'd say the 18-2x years are the best. freedom, independence

my teen years were shit. but i didn't have a normal "teen life" since i was riddled with psychological defects

Posted by Mothers on Jul-23-2006 04:50:

Knowing that Bas Rutten beat the shit out of Kimo should make you happy.

Posted by Orbax on Jul-23-2006 04:52:

Seriously this is a terrible idea

Go to college and live in the dorms, orientation week begins it all...I don't know if my experience was atypical but I sure had a great time and I didn't even go to a "party school."

Also keep in mind I said you currently aren't paying for it meaning you will be paying back college loans in the future. If you are lucky that amount won't be so high because of free money from scholarships, grants and family members.

nope

i didn't nearly as much pussy then as i do now

then again, i wasn't married

I can honestly say that my teens were a horrible experience. You just can't make some sweeping general statement like that. It all depends on what life gives you, and what you make of it. I've met people in their 50s who were having the time of their lives.

My only goal in life is that; not fame, not money, not power, but to just squeeze out every last drop of fun, even when I'm old and wrinkled. I've realized this at the end of my teens. Life is too short for all these restrictions that society puts on us. You just gotta make the most of every day you have.

Fuck teen years. I'm in the middle of them and it's nothing but drama and people who act 10 years younger than they actually are. Pretty retarded IMO

Posted by CONNERMAN2000 on Jul-23-2006 09:51:

I have a feeling being 21 is going to be a helluva lot more fun than being 19.

I figured he would, he is a good fighter. They should always have older fighters fight older fighters

Posted by jdat on Jul-23-2006 10:31:

Are you going to need to present a point and counterpoint?

Either way I have a lot of ideas for either ends of this question.

Posted by pvdAngel on Jul-23-2006 11:55:

Between 13-16 were my best teen years. Having a carry-on at school, sleepovers, parties, messing about, etc... fun times. Although, I didn't get along with my folks that well back then.

17-19 (present day), alot has changed, I've moved on from most of my old mates, made some new mates (hopefully more when I start university this year), moved away from home and I get along better with my folks.

Feeling more like an adult rather than a teen, life is not too bad but will be sweeter in the near future. (21+)

ye i agree, jus wanted to correct myself because Bas rutten did not fight Kimo, it was Rueben Villareal.

i had some fun during my teen years so i wouldn't say it was only bad but i cant say i loved these years

im going to turn 21 next month and to be at uni is so much better more independence more freedom as well even though im still living with my parents (im living in the campus town that's why)but i can go out whenever i want ...Go on vacation by myself with friends for example and so on so it's pretty cool

i just hope it will be even better in the comming years

My teens were the best years, yep. Especially 14-16.

I have no particular argument to support it though.
