Yeah that must have fucking rocked!

Anyone have a rough tracklist of Tisto set ? Armin ?

Posted by bhurya on Aug-29-2006 14:28:

guys... honestly, i strongly recommend you all go next year...every last one of you. no-one played a shit set... and scattered throughout the event are masses of classics, 'carte blanche' played by armin van buuren, 'touch me' by tiesto, '7 cities' by oakie, are to name but a few. hats off to Marco V though, absolute blinder of a set...i really wanna show u better than vids 2 show u how good it was but this is the best i can do at the mo, off youtube.

just listen 2 the racket when the lethal industry melody kicks in...and take ur pick from whichever vids u wanna watch after that...

No trouble with scallys either, even less than at Global. If it's a choice between Global and Creamfields next year I'm gonna choose Creamfields. The quality of the dj's sets was immensely good

All that hype from people on these boards about the invasion of pikey's at both these events, and I saw absolutly none of them at global either.

It was just good honest ravers gurning and dribbling

bhurya where are those videos your talking about? link please

Cream tent was fooking blinding. All the sets were brilliant! Classic tunes flying out everywhere. I have lots of videos but they are from my phone - so you'll need realplayer or quicktime to view them. Anyone want them posting?

There were no scallies around - even if there were our team would have given as good as it got. I approached many strangers in the cream tent only to get a very friendly reaction, it was cool.

Will be going again if its on next year ;-)

Posted by KrissO on Aug-29-2006 22:42:

dunno mate not a huge fan of youtube...try lookin round youtube for an answer...or does any1 on TA know?...

Posted by johnny2003 on Aug-30-2006 12:06:

i looked through the source code from the site but the movies are streamed using flash, so i'm guessing there is no way to do it :-(

my videos can be downloaded [[ LINK REMOVED ]]

i'm jealous though, the ones i have seen from other people are much better sound quality than mine. On my vids it just a rumbling bass sound :-(

My my, i was surprised about creamfields this year.

The main points i was pleased about, tight security ensuring no bellends actually got in, the amount of police inside the event, and the location was brilliant.

I put it mainly down to where it was in daresbury, there were way to many natural barriers for anyone who wanted to bunk in, and far enough out of liverpool not to get the scallies in.

Excellent line up and top people about.

My only moan would be the sound level, just wasnt loud enough and kept going up and down, especially when you where not at the front by the stage.

But all in all, 10/10 for this year, was very well run.

thats a typical festival complaint u will have to get used to it cause it will never get fixed speakers always do sound shit at these big festivals in the uk it might be different abroad for some reason.

I think it has more to do with the laws they have to stick to for performance. I read in the local news that prodigy had a sign on the stage saying not over a certain volume.

probably cos of the setup. over here we seem to get loads and loads of fairly large speakers spread around each giving shit sound and not really in sync with each other. in holland they seem to only use a few extremely large speakers. look at any pics of the big events in holland and one thing is consistent - the speakers are always the same. at the NEC the sound quality was appauling where as at sensation it is the best i have ever heard anywhere.

Posted by sleepydragon on Aug-31-2006 16:00:

yeah ive just read on tidy.com that they had sound rescrictions in place but what they rescricted it to was stupidly low each arena was limited to 95db on the dance floor.
