Fire is cheesetastic, I like it live. I agree that I love you is probably the best song off on L.E.F. I think the reason so many people think beautiful is cheesy is because the melody is really catchy.

only recently heard this tune.

fucking guilty pleasure.

Posted by Ted Promo on Sep-21-2007 10:58:

It still makes me cringe. Then again, most Ferry productions do now.

Posted by IpLaYWiTLiGhTs on Sep-21-2007 11:14:

Yeah, it's the only Ferry production I can tolerate since Sublime.

Re: ferry corsten - beautiful

ferry sucks

Posted by Nik Novo on Sep-21-2007 12:08:

I think the track is ok, it just has one huge negative aspect: It sounds like all of Ferrys trance productions in the last few years, I'm really getting sick of it. He should finally alter his trance-preset

Posted by phizzle on Sep-21-2007 14:39:

im a fan of the dance anthem 2007 remix..

Re:locate mix is okay.

This is ok for one of those times that you're in mood for cheesy candy raver trance

Posted by SuspicionVandit on Sep-21-2007 16:05:

yes, the lyrics is cheese. But the vocals are great. In fact, the only thing I ever recall about the song are the vocals. Could've been sung in any language, just hum it, it's nice

I like it a lot

Posted by TranceArmstrong on Sep-21-2007 16:59:

is fire cheesey? yes. But I love it. The guy from Duran Duran on the vocals, right?

Yes, but it's sampled from an old track.

'Fire' contains sample and elements from 'Serious' performed by Duran Duran, used by permission courtesy of EMI Records Ltd.

I've always liked the vocals on this track.

Posted by chrisday on Sep-21-2007 20:45:

Imo I think Ferry corsten is by far one of the strongest producers and always will be. Hes the only producer in which you can always guarantee quality. This use to be the case with a lot of other producers Tiesto and Armin as examples, but sadly not anymore.

I think that's what made this tune intriguing. Haven't given trance a proper listen since about 2002, so this brought back some nostalgia.

Posted by isoterra on Sep-22-2007 07:31:

this track is cheesy as hell but i fucking love it. so loved up

Posted by narcism on Sep-22-2007 10:04:

its a good song to drop and you know the cheesey factor will make everyone like it..... personally i like the song and lyrics

Posted by AustralianGQ on Sep-22-2007 15:22:

i personally like the track alot!

Posted by Mgz on Sep-23-2007 23:41:

the crowd loves it whenever he plays this track.

Dont know since when he actually started being shite, but he certainly is nowadays. Like his early works but thats all...

Listening to him for 2 hrs is simply horror for me.

Posted by Stanza on Sep-25-2007 02:26:

I personally quite like it. It has the typical Ferry uplifting trance sound. I am definitely not a fan of his electro trance productions and most of his other shite on his latest album 'LEF'
Ferry has the potential to produce quality uplifting trance tunes but it's a shame he has deviated from that and resorted to whipping up shitty electro tracks like 'Brainbox'

Posted by Saint John on Sep-25-2007 02:36:

I like it...and who cares if it has a semi cheesey sound to it...you can still like it and love it

Posted by TranceArmstrong on Sep-25-2007 04:21:

wow had never heard the original Duran Duran. Ferry's track is basically a cover of 'Serious"

anyways, back on topic, I like Beautiful. It's fun. Basically I can tolerate any epic trance from Ferry Corsten from time to time. The electro trance crap, not so much.

Posted by DJ Patski on Sep-26-2007 13:19:

God damn, that is pretty much 'Fire' wrapped up aye.
