yea i'm guessing it's this, nero 7 apparently is causing havoc... although i haven't noticed.

I've never had a CD not play on me, and i burn at 52x speed lawlz, touch wood (touches penis)

if the decks worked on those cd's before seems a little wierd that both sides of the dual deck should fail at the same time. the unit could have taken a knock or spillage in that time?
I have a cmx at home and it's only ever failed to read two cd's, both of which were pretty badly scratched. then again, a home setup takes no-where near the abuse of a club unit.
I've always burned at the slowest setting available, more from advise than experience though.
