Yeah, I'd say most pills ARE Meth with a touch of MDMA. Its really hard to find a clean pills these days, but when you do you quickly realize what you've been missing lol.

I can understand Frosted flakes...but Tony I don't. That was just something made up through friends. However I don't think that was really their intent. The Frosted part is just getting them excited for more SUGAR! (However, I'm assuming there was a hint of sarcasm in your post)
