Obviously Involver was never really made for the dancefloor. Perhaps it's time for you to open your mind a little, there is a world beyond your oh so precious trance.

Both cd's in my opinion are fucking amazing ! and are very similar in the fact that they were both done pushing the capabilities of ableton ! But if i had to choose one i think Involver definatly gets my vote !!

Love Poundin' Sensation

Definitely Involver for me. Haven't given Fundacion much time to grow on me tho..

Fundacion is really really deep, l guess if you're relaly into this mellow prog stuff, you would go for Fundacion. It is well-mixed but gets a bit boring. IMHO

it's boring even if it's not made for the dance floors. and I listen to so much more than trance. in fact I don't even listen to much trance nowadays besides a few good releases here and there.
But for Sasha fans it almost seems like he can't do any wrong.

while i do feel they're a kind incomparable, i will definitely agree with this statement.

and to comment on a few other things: Delta Heavy DVD: would have been TIIIIIIGHT to have been on that yacht with the airdrawndagger songs...

GU13 is still just at the top of my list. the transitions, the buildup, the track selection. all just absolutely incredible...

and to answer the actual question: i'm not sure, i'd have to listen to both cds back to back or something. i don't think i've even listened to fundacion the whole way through, so it'd be involver for now.

Rasta

I liked both about the same but for completely different reasons...

Involver on one hand had a common sound and the mixing from one track to another was near flawless IMO (using different techniques from his sound of now).

Fundacion, to me, was technically genius..... even now when i listen to it, i'll hear him mixing in and out of different basslines and actually mixing from one track to another for 3-4 straight minutes (something that I dont hear often now-a-days). The buildup of his set from the first couple tracks to the energy of the latter end is superb IMO.

people can go on and on about my post and try to dissect it, but i wont get into it w/ u so dont bother......just my 2 cents

involver > fundacion.

for alot of reasons.. mainly just personal tastes.

razzi.

The only two things common are 'Being Compilations' and 'Superb Mixing'. Difference is that Involver can get you sleep while driving your car whereas Fundacion expands your ears...

I guess I can't compare them either. I like both in different ways, but if I've got to mention something Fundacion bored me a bit faster than Involver because of all the blippy blop electro-like stuff that I'm not into. Of course the mixing style was impressive, but the trackselection....not my cup of tea. especially after the middle.

+1

and after having listened to them both all the way through, back to back,
Involver>>fundacion
