i just dont get myself all worked up over something out of my control any more, it's pointless.

the other day i was in walgreens and an old lady was in front of me in a motorized wheelchair with like 20 items and the coupon booklet (at fuckin walgreens, lol). but i just waited patiently and even helped her out a little even though she started being annoying. i was just like, "ahh fuck it, the lady is old as dirt and i got nowhere important to be".

and when some maniac flips me off and speeds past me on the road, i just laugh to myself and think, "enjoy the gray hairs and high blood pressure"

omg!

i do something like that too... whenever i leave in the morning, i walk out the door, and then walk back in to double-check that my straightening iron is unplugged. even when i know for sure that i unplugged it, i have to check... just in case.

same thing with my clothing iron. i'm just super paranoid about leaving them on and then burning my place to the ground.

I don't set my alarm for regular times like 6:15, 7:30, 8 etc...

I always set it off, usually a couple mins before or after depending on lots of factors i make up as I go along.

I'll set my alarms for 6:14 or 7:31 or 8:02 etc.
