Jamie, just because the most culture you get is what ever happens to be in "Star" this week or on Entertainment Tonight doesn't mean that is all there is. You need to pay more attention to the world around you.

Banned due to some scenes of eroticism...some that bothered me as well.

Click here to watch the video for Dis-moi, Dis-moi. (Somewhat NSFW)!

I wish I could find the video for Deep Kiss...

Doubtful, however, going to a place doesn't mean you know sweet fuck all except how to get on a jet/boat/train/bus.

I don't like fighting with you

going to a place doesn't mean u know anything except how to get on a bus/jet/boat, etc..?

haha suuuree....the only thing i don't count is layovers in a city airport, but i'm sorry, if ur visiting a place for vacation (or even business and u get a little extra time to do some stuff like catch dinner at a restaurant there) then u know enough to say u've been there and experienced it and can make recommendations as to what to do.

Site seeing is not a cultural experience. I've been through the louve that doesn't make me an art historian.

oh ok, so just because i've "been" the hiroshima museum, doesn't mean i'm an expert about it? lol so what. i've been there, seen it, enough to tell about it. what else would u want from me in re: to that? i dont understand your reasoning.

that's the whole point of travelling...to SEE and experience new places, not to become an expert about wherever you go. sure, u could if u wanted to, but it shouldn't be a requirement upon one's return.
