Soo, speaking about suggestive stuff in Archie comics, I'm reading one right now and I thought I'd share:
It's a one page story, 5 frames. The first 3 frames are pictures of Archie on a jet ski, bouncing around with poor control in the water, and falling off. The next frame is a pic of Veronica and Betty watching Archie stumble to the shore, and Veronica says, "Archie says jet skiing gives him a greater insight into life!" Betty says, "Really?"
Then the last frame Archie is rubbing his ass saying, "Yeah! Now I know how TOSSED SALAD feels!"
LMFAO!!!
I got the original 1st and 2nd issue of The Amazing Spiderman in .pdf-format... Does that count?
I like the comic books without super powers...
Scene of The Crime, good good stuff.
only ever two:

jhonny the homicidal maniac
rurouni kenshin

I've got the early issues of the founding IMAGE comics...
Spawn (1-50)
Gen-13
The MaXX
Pitt
Shadowhawk
+ some random marvel (X-Men, X-Factor, Fantastic 4), DC and Valiant comics too. All in all a few hundred all packed up in boxes somewhere.
I probably should get rid of them. They're just taking up space.

Any of you guys ever read The Watchmen by Alan Moore? Check it out if you haven't already, its totally fucking awesome. Alan Moore also wrote V for Vendetta and The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, which are also sweet comics
Never was into DC...I do have the death of superman the original. And a bunch of Marvel and Image.

Werd...another scorpio
I used to really dig comics when I was younger.
I have Spawn 1-70ish, a bunch of early 80s - mid 90s X-Men, a lot of early 70s Spider Man as well as a whole lot of Aliens, Predator and AVP comics. I think I even have some Lady Death somewhere.
I got into graphic novels a lot more though - I liked the feel of a good, large book in my hands more than a comic - plus, I never collected them for their value (though I have some that are worth a lot, especially some of the Spider Man first-appearance ones), I collected them for the artwork and (some) for the story.
I never got into X-Men or Spider Man as far as story goes - they were too super for my tastes and too melodramatic. Though I did really like Psylocke - but then again, who doesn't like scantily-clad ninja babes with telekinetic powers when they are 9? I loved the storyline of Spawn though and I loved the artwork even more. I really got into the Aliens comics though - especially Nightmare Asylum. I had the graphic novel version of Nightmare Asylum and I wore that thing out reading it so many times - it was fully painted and was written after the second movie but before the third movie was made, so it seems almost like an alternate reality. Very cool stuff.
