you simply stated that my musical taste sucks. I dont like Armin. Big fuck deal. However, I do like Digweed as a DJ. If my tastes, which includes Digweed, does indeed suck, then your musical taste, which also includes Digweed, obviously does too. If you cant see the relation yet, you should probably try grade school over again.

God damn I'm starting a lot of shit on here lately...

blue fear, communication... i never liked a single one of armin's productions. his true skill was in promotion and remixing

What does the track selection of a dj have to do with a track that a dj has produced? Again, I'm failing to see your relation between the two.

I enjoyed blue fear and a few other older productions. Now its just redundant.

The only track I really like from Armin (although not entirely his sole production) is Zocalo. The rest are just

I prefer his remixes and productions to his actual songs. I kinda wish I thought of this more thorough and voted for Ferry instead.

This is hilarious. The same retards who get bent out of shape when people voice their opinions criticizing the artists they like have no problem criticizing the opinions of those who opine on said artists. Not at all ironic.

All in good fun of course.

The track is reaaallly reeallyyy bad euro-chyeessy trash (trance?) with generic strings, generic pub female singer singing about generic random things and over-played hard-house like fruity-loops generic samples. This is not actually bad EDM it is actually bad music!Gone are the days of "clear blue moon"...Armin should def. stop or i don't know, find his lost musical self or something...

Posted by TazZ-erT on Aug-25-2006 00:46:

"generic pub female singer"

Sounds like you paid a lot of attention when you were listning. Your opinion is hereby classed as void

Ok, it's not exactly a track like Sunburn, Rapture or Sunspot, but I like this track. Very energetic.

Second, why does a person have to stop making music if they make a track that not everyone likes? If that was the case then would there still have been an EDM scene at all today? Every producer/remixer has his highs and lows.

Not?

Rising Star mix of L'Esperanza was the last thing I heard from Armin that I liked.

Like or dislike Armin as a producer, atleast he is 100% involved in the making of his records, from start to finish, which is more than you can say for some other 'top' DJ's.

I respect Armin highly for that fact alone.

In that aspect I respect him but my disrespect for him comes from how he has gone from making some pretty innovative tracks in the past to putting out very commercial releases that IMO are more directed towards becoming popular than being something different from everything else.

In the end there really isn't anything wrong with being commercial I guess, people have to make money...I just won't listen to your shit music, thats all.

I would respect him for that if he could actually pull it off.

When really your just trying to say you don't like that kind of music.

Bit pear-shaped.
But meh, if your goign to contradict yourself, don't.
Just press delete til what you were going to say is gone.
Then you'll make sense, well, thats the idea anyway.

I respect him for that too and it shouldnt go unnoticed.

I really enjoy the feel of this track... it makes me smile and know many others who feel the same... I don't understand why he should retire. Lol.

Posted by Tea-mo on Aug-25-2006 12:15:

Love you more might not be his best work, but it's a damn crowd pleaser. I guess most (ok, not most, but some) of the people who are complaining about this track are the first ones who start to sing and throw their hands in the air when the dj plays it.

To go to a public forum and tell someone he should retire is the most ridiculous thing you can do. Get a life.

Or do you really think Armin reads this and he thinks "That guy is right - I should QUIT! I'm DONE." ?

Posted by Salegon on Aug-25-2006 12:20:

BLue Fear >>>>>>>> everything else Armin produced

Pull what off? You clearly dislike his work, as you can see in my original statement I said "like or dislike".

Man all these Armin haters are really getting old.

On another note i just listened to some of those 8wonders productions and man are they relaxing, mint tracks.
