i love coke, but in the past year i have been watching my intake. to like 2-3 a week. i used to drink it everyday, but i gave it up once for lent and i felt great. i realised how much it weighed me down. like others said, it does make a difference in weight. i am thin to begin with, but why not just stick to water??

on to the thread topic- the flavoured sodas look nice. are they like orangina?
