he played for 90 minutes today

i think west ham players are very apprehensive about the future of the club which could be a major reason why the club has been underperforming .. they had some good results at the start of the season and only once tevez ,mascherano came in and the whole club is going to be sold thing came up did the team go into self destruct mode

west ham have a pretty decent team even witout the 2 ulgies from argentina.

Figured... I was too lazy to look at the match report... cause I saw they lost... and just rolled my eyes...

I know he hasn't in the EPL yet though....

I think Tevez should be used as pure wing forward/attacking winger. He just isn't big enough for a striker in EPL, nor is he aggressive enough.

Admittly I haven't seen many West Ham games, but the ones I saw, Tevez did good whenever he was attacking from flank.

Umm, no, that's just a perfectly normal defeat, Palermo is very strong.

Forza Palermo! Hope they go far in the Uefa Cup they are strong this year and beating West Ham 3-0 is a good result as West Ham are a not bad team.

In the title put the word "sucks" between the words "United" and "Thread". Then it should be closer to reality.

I agree.

But more of a fight was expected from West Ham

Palermitans (and Sicilians in general) don't say the same.

Yes. The ppl with a Sicilian decent who live outside Sicily do think the mafia is like the Sopranos and so forth...while in Sicily the real deal is that the mafia controls those ppls lives everyday.

Argentines urged to quit West Ham
Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano
Tevez and Mascherano have struggled for form
Carlos Tevez and Javier Mascherano have been advised to leave West Ham by Argentina national boss Alfio Basile.

Since the Argentine pair signed on transfer deadline day from Brazilian club Corinthians they have struggled and West Ham have failed to win a game.

New Argentina coach Basile Argentine website TyC Sports: "I think they're half-hearted and I'm really worried. They play as if they're unenthusiastic.

"I hope both of them leave that club as soon as possible."

Basile took over the Argentina post from Jose Pekerman following the World Cup in Germany.

Both Mascherano and Tevez were part of that squad that exited the tournament after losing to Germany on penalties in the quarter-finals.

Basile added: "I hope for God's sake that Mascherano can go to Juventus as it has been said, even if he has to play in the second division in Italy.

"And Tevez can play in any position in the attacking line, but not as a left-winger like he is currently playing."

What the heck is his problem?

Posted by InterMilan31 on Oct-05-2006 21:55:

His problem is that:

1. these players are too good for this team
2. these players may not be suited for the league
3. these players are not wanted by the manager
4. these players are most likely outcasts in the squad itself.

what more do you want to know? They only went to West Ham for a brief spot so they can leave Corinthians easily give em to West Ham for zero and sell giving West Ham some money and helping MSI take over. They are not going to be at West Ham come next September. This is just a bus stop for them on their way to a major club. MSI most likely couldnt sell these fucks because they wanted to much so they shoved them to West Ham and will most likely be sold in Jan as they couldnt go back to Corinthians.

very well said Ben

Posted by raveed on Oct-06-2006 08:43:

From the point of view of MSI:

1) Bring players to takeover club of interest
2) Have players and club fuck up to make it look like none are doing good for each other
3) Have well known officials like players national coach make an issue about how they should quit for their own good to curb suspicions about the motives behind brining them in
4) Sell players for hefty fee that will help raise funds for proposed takeover of club

now thats a business plan

Posted by King Ecnal on Oct-06-2006 16:26:

I'm impatient... they need to move, and move now... I don't know if its Pardew or whomever... but I just want to see both of them PLAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

So glad I didn't jump on the Hammers bandwagon....

Posted by Yohan on Oct-25-2006 02:56:

Lost to Chesterfield 2-1.

Now 8 losses in a row.

Fucking disgraceful.

-One really annoyed Hammers fan
