| Originally posted by acebeatz Usually I don't come in forums and reply to threads, but I had to come in this one. I mean Mr.Mystery is right, i'm giving this music away guys! And how can you deny the work i done for 6 months to do that? Especially a forum where i though there were probably more djs than any other forum. And what does the style change? There's crappy trance and there's crappy rap. But how can you say an whole style is crap! And bottom line is, we all work with the same equipments! Same monitors, vsts, software, samples, keyboards... Rap began in 1978, and samplers were so much used by rappers during the 80's, that it made the sampling world expand, and who do you think uses samplers and mpcs, yes, that's right, rap and hip-hop but also electro, d'n'b, trance, techno... Name it. We probably all speak on kvr-audio forum or any other pro forum and no-one is arguing about style. You can tell me if u don't like what I do, everybody can have their opinions. I don't mind listenin to trance or techno when I'm in a club, if the song's good. Anyway i still got about 100 visits on my website just from this thread so...lol. Talk good of it, talk bad of it, but talk of it. Thanks dj_alfi for your comments about my flow, my first solo album is coming for 2007, stay tuned!!!! |

'C'mon... Move it on people... nothing to see here' |
Wow plasmo what a hater.
And even a kid would have more respect than you. Some poeple said rap is crap, but you disrepected me like no one else did in all the thread.
What are you, the forum police???
"All right everyone move on, nothing to see here"...
I don't know but i came here respectfully, i didn't got mad on poeple and just explained my point, then everyone showed love.
For me though it's all good.
But for real you obviously seem mad cuz poeple go to my website and get my music.
Why don't YOU move on, what does it changes to your life that I speak in a little thread with a few of the members here?
We're all music lovers anyway.
I respect anybody from any style, my photograph is a long time friend that skateboard/snowboard and is an emo, one of my other friend is a quad and car amateur and he listens to old school rock...
One of my good friend is the #1 Dj in an after-hour club here, The System, and he mixes house.
I was the studio engineer on many metal sessions!
What does it change that i'm talkin here?
By the way I'm tryin to reach 100,000 downloads this year, so I'm tryin to get the most poeple from eveywhere...
Right now I'm at 2000 in two weeks.
So i got a few downloads from here i just wanna thanks everybody who got it and maybe spreaded it to their friends!
My goal is to make music with top artists, if they can hear my remixes.
If I get it I do a big party free for everyone who helped me lol.
The password to enter the party will be "I got it from trance addict back in 2006"...
AND you gotta rap it.

| Originally posted by Mr.Mystery Do people produce it electronically? Yes they do. Do people dance to it? Yup. Is it music? Well, duh. This is hardly the first time music like this has been posted here and it most certainly won't be the last. Of course you wouldn't know that seeing you've only been registered since June. Now, stop bitching. You could clearly see what kind of music this thread would contain from the topic so you could simply had ignored it. But no, you had to come in and moan... which will actually give this guy even more exposure because you continuously keep bumping the topic. Pathetic. Just pathetic. |

Basically there are some people here posting stuff that isn't within the trance genre (chillout for example). Yet the same people who post that have also done trancemusic and posted this and become part of the community, so I think it's "ok" if they do this.
Still, I'm no forum mod, everyone is free to do as they please, I just don't see why one would post this kind of music here as most of the people here are concentrated on the trance genre and can give feedback within that area. I sure as hell can't give any feedback on rap, only thing I noticed was that the levels were blown on the trailer, I didn't want to download the tracks because of personal taste.
Good luck with the music

But you know EDM is not what he is trying to get people to download. And on the topic of being registered, yes, that's correct - June. But Ive been reading these forums for 4 and a half years now but due to limited time online, did not have to chance to devote time to supporting the forums that much - so I didnt register. He may be getting more exposure for bumped threads, but atleast others with half a brain will see just how much of a tool he and other supporters are when he is posting links that have nothing to do with the website. |

| Originally posted by acebeatz Wow, 4 years and a half? And never registered? Loud mouth as you are, never in 4 years there was a topic where you HAD to say something, then you would have to register. I don't believe this. And see, you continue to just disrespect, now i gotta disrespect you too. And what the hell is that comment about ''tool'' or something. We all leech on each other on the internet: information, comments, news, ANYTHING. We are all (the planet) using each others to achieve our goals. Like the other guy talkin about is terabytes or something. Wow i mean good for u if you have 30,000 downloads a month. I mean that's great. So instead of giving me tips, you just brag about how much you got and try to put me down. Are you scared of me? I won't stole your visitors, I won't even make you lose one. Why does a guy who have 30,000 downloads a month need to tell another who tries to have about 5000 by himself, takin his time to come chat in forums, to stop and go away? Are we having any money involved here or something? And I'm the one supposed to be pathetic? It's funny though I mean let's keep it going on, like mr.mystery said. |

Flash isnt an audio software and i didnt wanted to do some more edition, i just did it on the fly and leaved it like that. I dont really care and it's not making the sound distort that much. 95% of poeple are on small speakers when they visit website so they wont even see the difference. The important thing is that the cd itself sounds good when you download it and go listen to it on your hi-fi system. |
)
since a few days i didnt really do any promotion because im waitin for my dns to change the server pointing.
i already blown my actual server by 25%.
wow i mean yeaterday this thread has 200 views or so, now it's 529 and i received another good 120 visits to my site, so i had 220 visits total about just from this thread.
in 24 hours about 7 gygabite was downloaded from my website and my album is 83 mb.
so 7X1024=7168 meg
7168/83=86 times that my album was downloaded approximately on 220 persons that visited my website.
Now these are just approximations but, i mean, just for one thread, on a trance forum, that's pretty good huh?
You're right Mr.Mystery. I think i'll go provoke a few verbal wars on a few forums.
lol.

| Originally posted by Drik Cool, you can lower the volume a bit in flash as well with volume automation, especially if you export a .swf with streaming sound it then clips it into frames instead and basically rewrites the audiotrack, so I usually lower the volume so that the end .swf file doesn't get affected so much. (I work with flash a lot ) |

It was all a simple post saying you were posting on TRANCEADDICT is the concept not clear enough? Anyways, this is my last post on this thread b/c your novels of illogical nonsense make have no intelligent relevance whatsoever. My first post wasnt to derive haters to start BitchFest 2006 it was a simple statement that you were posting on the incorrect forum. Please forgive me for thinking I was on tranceaddict.com Peace out! |

| Originally posted by Drik Just be careful with doing promotion as it affects your rep. regarding where you push your stuff. I'd try pitching the remixes towards the original composers, a good way for networking is myspace as it can get a bit easier contacting the people through there. |

| Originally posted by Drik I'm sorry if me posting my downloads a month was taken as putting you down, that was not my intention. Basically, just do your thing, it will take time, get people that like Rap to notice you, post a lot on forums, network around on myspace, get in contact with people etc. It's a long road with lots of work involved. |
