I really don't understand the rationale between your own kids and adoption when it comes to controlling them anyways; either way, it's the parents responsibility.

So how do you figure adoption magically solve this?

i can't believed you complained! like what are the flight attendants suppose to do, kick the baby off the plane?
Refund your money because they have no control over the baby?

that's different.

this is on an airplane. it's not like the mother can take the baby outside for a walk.

I can beat that! try a 23 hour flight from South Korea, during sars, had to wear that protective mask (which made my facea all sweaty from breathing in it_) and a fukkin baby would STFU on the flight! I finally complained so much i got to sit in the front of plane with ear plugs! thank god!

23 hour direct flight? it took me a lot less to fly to Seoul... around 17 at most.

And this is why you should all vote for me to be Prime Minister...

my first new law would be that ALL CHILDREN are required to be tranquilized before leaving home and for the duration of their journey

Try running in China - I hear they don't like kids too much over there.

nor did they take kids out of the cinema

just get your money back for restless flight

Posted by Frenchie on Sep-08-2006 02:45:

Theresa ,

I can see your point on how adopting can be " better " then " natural " kids, because of the fact that you're helping a lonely child who may have been disowned or given up for a valid reason. Now with have said that, I disagree. Adopting a child is nice for the child, but it's not your child. You may love it as yours but it will never be your child fullheartedly. Adopting is excellent for those couples that unfourtunatly cannot have children , single people who want kids, gay couples, and big hearted people who adopt like 15 kids. But you're saying that you would rather adopt a child rather than give birth and raise and love your own child?

I just want to hear your reason behind your statement, that's all!

OH but they do this. I';ve had kids get removed from a theatre. Not because I was being a bitch, but I will not pay 10.00$ to listen to a kid scream or 2 hours. If you have enough people complain about a certain individual, they will remove them.

Lol, why the hell does she have to explain herself? It's not like she's denying the rest of you the right to have a natural-born kid. If she wants to adopt instead, let her do what she wants. Her life, not yours.

It's also not a crime to know why. I just want to know why she thinks it's better, that's all. I never said she was wrong.

Posted by Cosmic Fur on Sep-08-2006 04:02:

But you're all jumping on her like she told all of you not to have natural-born kids.
