i doubt i'll be able to make it to anything before 11. i intend to party my ASS off at the love lee party the night before, sleep in as long as i need to and rolling off someone's couch the next day to head straight for the parade

The music starts at 11:30am and the floats start driving at 12:00pm. I think it's one of the coolest parts when they are on the move so I think there are reasons to be early other than just the TA meetup. Hope to see everyone there.

Comfortable shoes, you'll be on your feet for a while.

Other than that I think you will find pretty much anything goes. Including full nudity. But please don't be one of those people.
