I totally remember hearing this song first in Mortal Kombat... right at the end.

My favourite Orbital-track is "Belfast" but I've always liked "Halycon+On+On".

"One Perfect Sunrise" is great aswell, I love that track

This is track is so frigin kick ass, makes me kinda sad that i this isn't really dancey trance, but more chill trance. Couldn't it be both lol...either way, amazing song!

It's the Orbital track people who wouldn't get Orbital can enjoy. Most big Orbital fans who own all the albums tend not to list it amongst their top Orbital tracks, where as people who don't really know Orbital love it.

I can confidently say that Im the exception to this rule.

And the type???

Do you think this track is a "pure trance" or...
i don't know something like dark or other...

Amazing choonage...

I like this track a lot, but to be honest my favorite Orbital track is Acid Pants. I can't lie.

Let's say that the operative word was "most". It's just a general observation I've noticed.

well, it's pretty entrancing so it could be "pure" trance.
but i think it's somewhere between ambient trance and ambient techno

As synonomous with trance as this song may be, I still think Desyn made the most interesting use of it in a set.

Posted by regulate on Sep-23-2006 16:13:

when is the gabriel batz remix comming out?

Posted by Dj_Es-Dva on Sep-24-2006 05:49:

Its ok, i prefer Halcyon tbh nicer and less clubby. One Perfect Sunrise has some sweet mixes but in terms of listening i love the original. Tehire take on the Saint Theme is brilliant as well Belfast is prett good as well, shame they split.

Arrow I need to thank the guy

I need to thank the guy who mentioned "One Perfect Sunrise".

I heard the track for the first time today and boy it's beautiful. The track got me so sentimental and so nostaligiac. And without any spoken word. Amazing!

Indeed. Halcyon or the remake, Halcyon+On+On are neither even in my Orbital top10 and i'm an Orbital obsessed freak..

You surprise me.

So what would be your top-10 tracks from Orbital?

+1

Being an "elite" Orbital fan supposedly means developping a higher taste than the simple, dull Halcyon+On+On can satisfy.

The track is damn good, and is a masterpiece - no matter if you've just heard of Orbital of you've been an avid of them ever since they started producing.
