Round trip flight for us last year was about $600. Hotel will be between $200-$500, depending how many days you plan on staying. As for expenses, I'd say $500-$1000 extra for all the "extra goodies" should be enough

I talked with Eric about this and it's a great idea.

to organize a TE 2007 After Party.

Seriously thinking about it.
