BTG I have seen you post these types of threads countless times over the past couple years.
I realize it's not easy to make these kinds of decisions when you haven't been to school and such but it is time that you finally figured something out.......

argh!
i went to edit the post and had a brain fart and deleted it!
how the hell did i manage that!
During the 2005/2006 year it was the last year of high school for me, i decided to go to Mcmaster for nursing, while my friend sebastien decided to take year off. so during summer while i was working at the pool makin 10/hr, Sebastien got a fishing license and become a fishermen. He spends 7 hours travelling from river to river catching fish and he makes usually 1000 dollars a day doing this.
You REALLY remind me of a friend of mine who had like 10 jobs in the past 3 or 4 years.

| Originally posted by BTG no, i havn't been fired in over a year ![]() i've been laid off, and worked the temp world for a while. i currently have a job in a small book warehouse who sells textbooks to universities...school is always mocking me at my work. but its not a total loss, my job is better than most people, cause i'm not the warehouse monkey...i run the returns department 8) (i'm the only one in the returns department, so i call myself the returns manager) |
i'm thinking about buying books from my warehouse and selling them on ebay.
well selling htem on ebay first then buying them.
employee discount would give me cheaper prices than amazon, (we sell to amazon) which could potentially make me some good coin, + its risk free, cause i only buy what has already been sold on my ebay store, the only problem is i'd still have to work there to get employee discount
i'd say join the air force, but then again, you'd be devoting 4 years of your life to that too, so nevermind.

no jdat, this isn't about life long career moves. this is quick money to get me through the next year before i go to school (assuming i do go to school)
i've been playing a lot of that 'cash for life lottery ($1000/week for life), but that plan isn't going the way i wanted...so i'm just looking for other ways to make money and enjoy doing what i do
