i've got a pair of exactly what you posted...bought them last year for halloween. i got them at a costume supply store in pittsburgh. since halloween is just around the corner, i'm sure you won't have a hard time finding them!

By the way, thank you guys so much for your help with the gloves...I really want to wear them for Dj Dan tonite..I find them a very hot accessory

Go to any accessory store...sometimes they have them, sometimes they don't. Claires, Icing, Aldo Accessory....all those types of places.

Or if you want to do it cheap...make them yourself. I've been making a lot myself now. You can go anywhere the sells leggings and just get the knee high ones or lower.

My most recent fave...I go to the dollar stores and buy the ones that are supposed to go half way up your leg...that way they still have the elastic to stay up around your arm. And then just cut a few holes, and bingo!


Edit: Cale always calls mine "arm socks" haha

If you want to maek arm socks...don't buy the full length leggings, buy the ones that are up to your knee or shorter...then it still has the elastic to hold them up.

Also +1 on Monki's outfits...I fucking love her fashion style. I would totally pay her to dress me for the rest of my life. I need to PM her about those leg warmers...I want to make a pair.

Tiesto may have passed in your opinion...but a lot of people don't think he has. You can't say it's all about Armin & Paul Van Dyk now...if you recall it was PVD and TIESTO that was at the top of DJ Mag's list last year (not that I'm all for that Top DJ award crap anyway)

And I wouldn't say he's a sell out when people scream his name while Sean Miller is on. People scream other DJs names all the time when openers are on. I saw Ferry in NYC a little while ago and everyone was chanting his name while Serge Devant was on. Utterly RUDE IMO.

As for the crowd that follows him...put Armin No. 1 on the DJ list and the exact same crowd will follwow him...does that make him a sell out?

Tiesto is by far not my fave DJ anymore...but he definatly doesn't suck.

Tiesto was my fav, until his set at the Docks last year....

I have to admit, I really wish he would come back and be the way he used to be................

I agree the crowds are shit at Tiesto events. But the crowds don't make the DJ. I mean I've seen TERRIBLE crowds at Ferry before, and even worse at PVD in NYC @ Roseland.

I wish Tiesto would play how he used to as well...but I wish a lot of DJs would play how they used to (a la Ferry Corsten and System F or Ferry & Tiesto for Gouryella)...music is always evolving...we can't do anything about it but cherish the memories.

that's awesome. I've always loved the leg warmer/fishnet thing but never wear them. I think i'll wear fishnet stockings on halloween again.

I heard people yelling Deep Dish @ TIL when Roger Sanchez was spinning. Oh yeah, and a couple weekes ago at Sonic I heard a girl yell Armin when Hector Romero was spinning.

I just don't see how that is the DJs fault at all.

Tiesto sold out to the Z103 crowd, it was advertised on Z103 for weeks.


I give him props for spinning at the olympics though, that really showed electronic music is part of the overall music scene on planet earth.


As for those people who screemed out Armin and Deep Dish, well they are just plain retarded and you should kick them

Actually, Tiesto did go to Z103.5 studio and spinned there...
