Alright, one of you all needs to stir some shit or something - I've got an hour to kill before class and I'd like to be entertained.

But in fairness, Echo isn't a dumb whore, she's just a misguided Dane (I think... Are we sure she's real? )

Slylee, I'm not Ms. Cleo, I'm Celestial, with a real name Chris, under allias celestialmind on TA. I'm not saying you have to be a mass murderer, I'm talking about a person in general. I know you're not a bad person, nobody is born bad, people choose to be bad but that's mainly based on their life experiences, they're too weak to stand up against evil so they join it.

I broke a girls heart way back in highschool, nothing big you may think right? well, wrong, it came around to haunt me and kicked my ass for the next 10 years, just because of that. I've been doing nothing but trying to be good and help random people, for absolutely no reason other than to help for the past 4 years or so, with each good deed I did I erased one of the sins I've committed in the past, you're also put up to tests when you decide to go that way, pretty much just to find out how much crap can you take on in your life before you break down.

Slylee, you're here for a reason, everyone's here for a reason, find that reason and pursue it, I found mine 4 years ago, find yours and go with it, whatever it's gonna be I can almost guarantee you that one way or another it's gonna come down to you ending up helping people or affecting their lives in a positive way, one way or another. Find out something that you're good at, something that you have talent for and go that way. I don't know you so I can't specifically tell you what it is. I hope that helps. Let me know if you got any other questions.

As for now, I would try to do some good things if I were you, find out why that spirit is there, did you play with a quija board? if you did then you opened up the door to hell, which would explain the reason for the spirit to be there, if you feel like it's pressing down on you when you're trying to fall asleep then most likely it's not a good spirit, I hope you haven't seen exorcist 'cause that'll freak you out for real.

Wether you believe in God or not it's your choice, but you can't deny that that spirit exists in your room, you can't see it 'cause you're not gifted in that way but you know it's there. Do some good things for the next few weeks if you want and talk to the Big Guy up there to see if he can help you get the spirit away from you. Buy an angel figure and put holy water on it, that might help too.

But most of all,....

be good.

ok but i was having the dreams about the "spirit" at my apt in miami, and now i'm having them at my mom's. did the spirit follow me? i'm pretty sure it's just my mindset lately. lots of stress can easily lead to weird, recurring nightmares and crazy, random dreams.

If it wants your soul then it'll follow you, no matter where you are, all the way down to hell. If you haven't purposely killed anyone, then most likely you're not going straight to hell, you'll probably sit in a purgatory for a long ass time. As for the spirit following you, all it needs to do is think of a place and it's there, that's how it works, and so does astral projection, if you're astral traveling all you need to do is think of the place you want to be at and you're there, yes, with your astral body, still connected to your physical body through a silver/white imbilical cord attached to your head.

Does the spirit appear only in your dreams? I thought you said you felt it's presence even before falling asleep? Did you ever see it in your dream? If not then it doesn't want you to see it. Fill me in on this a little more so I can help you.

i never actually see the spirit in physical form in my dream, i just know it's there. like it's flying around the room or something and i'm following it in my head because i know where its at and i'm scared it's going to jump in my body. and i dont feel its presence before sleeping, i just go to sleep normally. i've been sleeping lightly recently probably due to stress and a few times i woke up to the feeling of my body going into paralysis. or i would wake up, and start to feel the paralysis as i was dosing off again, and the paralysis would wake me up and i would fight it and make my body/mind wake up. then fall asleep all over again.

stop doing drugs.

Posted by Aquarian on Oct-09-2006 17:10:

Sounds like sleep paralysis. It's pretty normal. I know about a douzen people who experience it regularly. Some people just interpret it as a dream (like you are).

No one knows why it happends for sure, but there's speculation that it's caused by stress, insomnia and drugs (like sleeping pills).

Or you could listen to ms.Cleo's assistant here and sprinkle your bed with fairy dust

Posted by kadomony on Oct-09-2006 17:13:

i dunno but ive had some really baaaaad insomnia these past 2 weeks.
even though i seem to be handling it well.

i did have a sleep terror once.
was a normal dream til i felt some horrible, horrible prescence.
i fell on the floor (in my dream) completely unable to move with fear.

i try to remember what it felt like when im awake sometimes but i cant get close to the amount of fear in that dream.

lol

yea but during sleep paralysis, i'm pretty sure you are completely awake. it happened to me before. it has to do with your mind being abruptly awakened before your body is able to get out of "sleep mode" which is basically like paralysis (otherwise we would wake up and act out our dreams, if this part of sleep didn't happen to us). i'm actually dreaming this though...when i'm sleeping. but you're right, i'm also experiencing these little short episodes of sleep paralysis too.

Posted by Aquarian on Oct-09-2006 17:22:

Of the people I know who have this, about half of them describe it as a dream. It's not like you go from being asleep to waking up in a split second. Those things usually occur during the hypnopompic state, which explains the confusion between dreaming and consciousness that people describe. It's more like an hallucination than an actual dream - but most can't really tell the difference anyways.

If your mind wakes up, you think you're awake but you're not fully awake 'cause your body's sleeping, it's called astral projection. Is this the time when you feel it's presence? Along with when you're dreaming?

Astral Projection is an OBE but Lucid dreaming isn't, as I said before Lucid Dreaming is when you can control your dreams.

P.S. Did you know that if you're having an OBE and all you have is your astral body, you can infact have intercourse with other people that are having an OBE?

I know the difference between dreaming and having sleep paralysis. Im telling u right now that sleep paralysis is strictly about the mind waking up (usually very abruptly) before the body waking up. Its usually accompanied by the whole evil spirit/presence being on top of you and other creepy similar feelings. Its called the HAG phenonmenon and it has nothing to do with evil spirits despite the experience. I did TONS of obsessive research on the topic about 3 years ago when I had my first night terror experience. I even looked at countless ghost chaser websites of all these nerds who look for spirits and hauntings, and even they dismiss sleep paralysis, saying that its not about ghosts and all of that. Its strictly a hallucination of the mind due to the physical and mental circumstances going on during this experience.
