Wait, so this is a dispute arising out of a situation with one of your GF's employees? You should do nothing. She's a professional and this is a problem created through her employment, you should have no part in it. If she cannot resolve the matter then clearly she is incompetent.

Don't do anything.

Your girlfriend asked you to leave it alone, so you should respect her and do just that seeing as this is HER situation and not yours.

I hate it when people interfere with my affairs, and I will not think twice about breaking it off with someone if they go against my request. That just shows a lack of respect, restraint and understanding.

So just drop it and leave them alone. If it becomes a huge issue, I suggest you tell your girlfriend that she should get the police involved.

this is why I've not kicked the shit out of them, can't get the police involved though, there are issues surrounding that which involve a huge admittance of criminality
