Well, I'll be amazed if you find a way through this but in future, don't leave these things to the last minute. When you're given something to do, just DO IT!

| Originally posted by jdat you are freaking contradicting yourself You want to understand the thought process involved and I gave you a full article on the subject aka Marketing for n00bs! If you want a full study you're fucked. You should give us the full description of the requirements for your class project. I feel like you may have potentially misunderstood it. |

oh the perils of FT school PT work - I was there so I understand what that pressure is like but juggling both is not a task for the weak. Sacrifices must be made and you need to understand what Time Management is. I tell you this much, through out my academic career I attended maybe 3-4 business-related classes. At the age I am at, I wish I took more business classes, so please don't dismiss it as just homework. College is suppose to teach you skill sets, marketable skill sets that are suppose to use when you go out there in the real world. This project seems to be much more beneficial to you but you see it simply as homework.
Now if you gave time to it, I'm sure you'd be able to drum something up on your own in say an hour max. That's a really easy topic that borders the operations and customer service and support roles designated in each company. I'll start you off - branding and reputation, how does customer service reflect those?

A client's satisfaction after his purchase will depend on the company's offer in relation with the customers expectations.
If the companies effort falls short, the customer will be unsatisfied whereas if its on level with the customer's expectations the client will be satisfied. If the companies effort surpasses the customer's expectations, he will be very satisfied and the company might gain a loyal customer. A high level of satisfaction creates an emotional link with the brand, not just a rational preference.
A highly satisfied customer is worth 10 satisfied customers because its much more probable that the highly satisfied customer remains loyal to the company for years to come and buys more than a satisfied customer.
How do customers make their expectations? previous shopping experiences, referals from friends or acquaintances, or company promeses and their rivals. If your marketing campagin elevates expectations too much, its probable that the customer will suffer dissapointment.
etc, etc...
Any luck?
