RIP to Red Auerbach

Not a good start to Miami's championship defense
On the same night they got their rings and raise their banner, they lose to the Bulls, 108-66
Worst ever opening-night loss for a defending champ. Previous was by 15 points.

Isiah Thomas win his Knicks coaching debut in a 3-OT win, despite them blowing a 19-point 4th-quarter lead

losing a big lead is given when your run and gun offense decides to play a halfcourt offense

qrich had the game of his life on both ends of the court, eddie curry is starting to grow up, but they don't have a set game plan when they're on the court

yes, the knicks showed resiliency winning the game in 3 OTs, but they still suck

kings looked like garbage during the minny game, a game which i thought woulda been a blowout if sac could shoot 40%. artest w/ 8 steals though

The Bulls must be really good by picking up Ben Wallace, or the Heat must be really bad by not changing their aged roster.

good match as expected. we all expect the mavs-spurs matches to be close like this all the time. probably the best rivalry the nba has right now.

If anyone missed the Nuggets-Clippers game, you missed a good game. Wow 2 great games last night. Also to note, congrats to Ernie Johnson(TNT) for his comeback. He is going through some chemo at the moment, so pray the best wishes for him.

definitly great to see Ernie back!

VIVA TNT

and Members you might want to ask David Stern and the rest of the exec's in the NBA if they want the Knicks to become winners again...

Wish in one hand and shit in the other and see which one comes first.

Knicks are the worst franchise in pro sports, the fact that you're a Knicks fan doesn't change that. Of course the NBA would desire a New York based team to succeed but thanks for pointing that out Captain Obvious. I'm not here running smack, I'm a Blazers fan for christ's sake, the worst team in the league last year. Although I'll point out, the Blazers have a much greater chance to improve sooner than the Knicks.

the spurs couldn't handle the cavs last night. An interesting note made last night. Last year, 15 of their 19 loses came from a 2nd game of a back-to-back. This is something to note, as the Spurs need to keep their legs fresh throughout the season.

and wow are the lakers surprising me. This is not the "kobe" team anymore. we are seeing more contribution from other players, especially lamar odom. i think this guy could clearly be top 10 small forward material, if he was put in the right place with the right group of people around him.
