I enjoyed following your flight across the world, but you had to ruin it by landing on that crappy runway.

Most wont serve unless you pay. From recent experience all flights I've been on served.

ORD - MIA (miami)
ORD - HNL (honolulu)

In Flight Sim or real life? Well in real life, I suspect DPRK airspace is heavily restricted, probably end up with a couple of 1960s relic aircraft on your tail laden with a couple of missiles.

Also entering Chinese airspace is not permitted on flights in Taiwan...
