Agreed. His productions are out of this world, and the best thing about it is that he's only 19.

Whether he's making good productions is up for debate. Wait, no it isn't, he's not making good productions.

The B-side of that Chicane single's good. I don't think I ever listen to Stoned In Love anymore. Soo cheesey!

Agree with anyone who lists Galen Behr. His remixes of C-Quence's "Final Thoughts" and DT8 Project's "Winter" are really nice. Smith & Pledger, Thrillseekers and I like Armin's new song "Sail". Really dreamy imo...

Posted by Filterkind on Nov-03-2006 10:57:

My favourites: Filterheadz

Paul Van Dyk

Sander Van Doorn

errrrrrr ferry corsten?

The Thrillseekers (Steve Helstrip is God!!!!)
Above & Beyond
Chicane

No-one can really match the absolute perfection that these guys achieve (for me at least). It's unbelievable what they come up with time and time again, and how high their production standards are. Plus they are very innovative.

Lots of other people come close, but for me those guys are at the top.

I dont think Above and Beyond are very innovative. Most of their best stuff is remixed by someone else. Their original tracks are standard vocal trance imho

Thumbs up

Maor Levi is got to be the best or at least the futures best because of his age and his incredible tracks. He's only 17! His productions are what Tiesto and Markus Schulz play.

Extremely good vocal trance, but I guess if you don't like vocals then they might not be up your alley. That's mostly the Oceanlab alias anyway, but they seem to do fine in the voting every year

What about their other aliases like Tranquility Base, Nitromethane, P.O.S ? Innovative? Definitely

innovative? not the slightest. tranquillity base took an old Tilt melody and just made a supersaw version of it. If that is the definition of innovative I guess Scooter can be called innovative.

P.O.S. is pretty innovative and good sounding yes, but that's just Paavo solo. He should focus more on his own projects instead of putting efforts in Above & Beyond btw.

Ontopic:

L-Vee
M.I.K.E.
Oliver Lieb

EDIT - Yep, just checked. He's 18. 19 on 5th June.
