I use the original MS Natural Keyboard from 1995...

The SDCVLMN keys are rubbed off from use but otherwise the thing is rock solid...I pop out all the keys once a year and clean it.

Future versions were fucked (the Pro/Elite) when they bunched up the arrow keys - it made playing games with the keyboard a bit of a bitch, and well, I was a keyboard for Quake/Doom/Descent back in those days, lol.

I have a new Logitech wireless keyboard and some Dells lying around but I never grew a liking to them.

I also have a vintage IBM Model M in good condition from the early 90s... that thing will survive a war.

The IBM model M keyboard is that rare piece of computing technology which is both a vintage collectible item and also a useful tool in today's computing environment. IBM model M keyboards are unique in that each one is individually labeled with a serial number and the "date of birth" is printed on the back. They were first built in 1985 and were produced through the 1980s and 1990s, until 1999. Under each keyboard key there is an individual spring that when compressed converts physical force into an electrical signal. Most modern "free with purchase" keyboards used cheaper rubber-pad based technology. In addition, inside each model M keyboard is a steel curved plate for durability while providing a slight ergonomic curved angle to typing. The individual key tops are removable for easy cleaning or for switching the format of the keyboard for different input languages Finally, the lettering on each individual key is physically molded and integrated into the plastic key top (not painted on or a sticker, like on cheap keyboards).

Have like 6 of those Dell keyboards and numerous amounts of the MS natural and Model M boards. Good stuff. Really take a beating.

Got this as a gift a while back, otherwise i wouldn't have got this at all because it costs almost 50 GDMFSOB euros here even if it does have backlighted keys which is nice tho. Haha luckily i have been into computing for all my life so typing isn't a problem.

Hehe. Yepyep. The manufacturer also has a "normal" version of the very same keyboard for those who like to see the keys and that model is over 10 euros cheaper. What a joke with the pricing. The pictured one is a chinese model, the european model has standard keys without chinese. And as the normal version is not so ber "cool" anymore, berkeyboard text is missing.

Just a basic Apple keyboard.

I want to mount a keyboard on the dash of my car and then when I'm passing people I'll reach up and tap a few buttons and then floor it.

it's amusing that we, who type with the 'wrong' fingers have the fastest typing speeds (~130wpm, right?)

Yah I type around that fast and I have never learned the correct way of typing. I think I am a bit slower than that however.
