not to mention we've put enough work into his xbox that i don't think he plans on buying anything else for a while (modded it and whatnot)

haha when we first tried to mod it we fucked up the motherboard () so we bought another on ebay, installed that, installed the chip, upgraded the hard drive (160gig>20gig), and its fuckin sweet now
but yeah, took us waaaaay too much effort to do that

edit: i should add i bought a gamecube (well, asked for it for christmas and paid for half of it) almost 3 years ago, expecting the next zelda game to come out for it as it had been planned. they got distracted and put out windwaker which was...eh alright, but not great. and the four seasons one was too fucking gimicky with all the DS tie-ins. so now the twilight princess is finally coming out....for the fucking wii
so i pretty much have to buy it
