O god... stop hating, are all you guys this uptight about penis comments?

I'm glad you pointed this out. John Beaver is one heck of a DJ and he deserves to be on that list. There are also several local EDM DJ's that were left out like Shawn Yapa, James Williams and others. |
Okay okay, guys break it up... the point is TA has too many people who like to vent by trolling and posting negative comments. I choose to ignore negative comments like that, "water off a ducks back" as they say. However it does suck when you ask for support and that's the response you get from a group that professes to share a common interest and love for the music. Just my opinion but I think these forums would be much better if people limited their negative comments to constructive criticism.
That said, nice that this thread has been pretty much pinned to the top of the forum all afternoon... I wish Taj the best of luck on the Poll and hope to cast a vote for him, myself and a few others once they add my name to the list.

Originally posted by Dj Blurr dude stop with your whining already... Geez, I take it back, you must know how big his di*k is then since you got offended by my comment.... there there farley... want a hug? |
) Your response gets stupider and stupider with each post, though I've got to give you credit; your first one was pretty hard to top. It IS pretty amusing though, and I can't wait to hear what's next.WWWWOOOO WEEEEEE!!! ON FIRE!!!!
Yes gentlemen...
Lets stop the hating here. I did not put this post up for any negativity.
JUST FOR VOTES!!!
Love for EDM (NOT PEOPLE BASHING) is what we need as to stomp out the world wide negativity of a certain style of music that does nothing to better our society. I think we all know what style i am mentioning.
LET EDM REIGN!!!
I AM NOT A BELIEVER IN THE WHOLE "VOTE FOR YOUR TOP DJ THING" & IN 15 YEARS OF DJING HAVE NEVER PARTICIPATED IN SOMETHING LIKE THIS. I LIKE TO LET MY PASSION,DESIRE,MIXING & MUSIC SPEAK FOR ITSELF. BUT THIS YEAR I THOUGHT WHAT THE HECK. SO I ASKED FOR PEOPLE TO VOTE. WHY? BECAUSE (FROM INFO I HAVE GATHERED) NITEVIBE.COM DOESNT WANT "A TRANCE DJ" TO BE ON TOP IN S.F.. HMMMM. ARENT WE ALL JUST TRYING TO SPREAD THE WORD OF ANY EDM? ARENT WE ALL TRYING TO SHARE OUR SCENE & SOUND WITH THOSE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE OR UNDERSTAND WHAT OUR MUSIC MEANS? SO WITH THAT SAID KEEP EDM GROWING @ ALMOST ANY COST AS LONG AS IT IS POSITIVE.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE DJ'S ON THE LIST & TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE VOTED FOR THERE FAVORITE LOCAL SF DJ'S...
I THANK YOU FOR YOUR VOTES...
(I WOULD SAY P.L.U.R. BUT DAVE T WILL START CAPPIN...
...)
hee haw farley, hee frickin haw.

| Originally posted by TSG What an ass. Ok ok.... I'm not from SF but I have heard/seen some of these DJs spin before. Quite a few of them have played down here in LA, yeah at SPUNDAE/CIRCUS and at other local clubs. TAJ was one of the first few DJs that played at Circus when Giant was there. I VOTED!!! FOR TAJ! |
Taj rocks-he has been pouring his heart and soul into the music the last 15 years and THAT is the kind of DJ I look up too!! Keep on rockin it-you got my vote!!!
My picks for this year.... There are more of course so it was very hard to pick from the list..
1-Dimitris Mykonos
2-Taj
3-Dirtyhertz
4-Koroma
5-Syd Gris
If i had ten more picks:
Shawn Yapa (not listed)
Turbine (not listed)
James Williams (not listed)
Marz Fahram
Cyber Joe
Jonathan Ojeda
Scott Carelli
Andrew MD (not listed)
Dirty Duo (not listed)
and myself...
DJ Blurr, and Beaver are guys to check out and hopefully their names will pop up next year on the list. Lots of energy in thier music. Keep up the great work.
Like I mentioned before, SF has an abundance of talented djs pushing thier own sound and thats what makes this city special in my eyes. LA has thier own group of rockin djs and Im looking forward to hearing them down there for NYE.
In the end, it doesnt matter who's genre is best because the scene would get boring really fast if we all played the same thing.

i remember i posted this under his account Atl_trancers
anyhow that was me... lol @ some of the posts afterwards... just signed on again so was cheking out my last replies
anyhow i hope the guy lost
I've been mixing it up with John Beaver for years now and not many people have as much heart as this guy when it comes to music.
if you haven't checked him out yet, i suggest to catch one of his shows.
lots of energy
peace

almost forgot what the whole thread was all about with all the whining.
Taj-
all i have to say is that even though he is very busy at those nights at 1015 he always somehow found some time to take care of us. I felt welcome everytime...
the first time i saw him Spin he dropped the dirtiest electro track i've heard so far... i made Beaver do some research to find out which track it was... all together no complaints at all...
fuck people who are too bored or simply want their post response counter to go up and therefor leave dumb comments.
peace
DJ TAJ ROCKS!!!!!!!
Nobody desreves to be #1 more then you do. You are an amazing DJ and your admiration for the music is immeasurable, and furthermore your are so sweet. My one and only vote goes to you TAJ!
What I love about Taj is he's so versatile. People mainly know him for his trance, but he's also great at playing breaks and house. And mixing it up sometimes in his sets.
Lots of DJs try to play multiple styles, but very good are good at it.
SF is lucky, I must say. And it's unfortunate that I cannot make it out nearly as much as I used to to check him out (had a baby, ya know?
).
Now only if I could ever get a M-Audio Firewire 410. Then I could drag my laptop around and play some MUSIK. I'll never be able to afford one, though.

| Originally posted by Thomas Radman dude just get one of their usb units. You don't need the full blown firewire 410 in most cases of laptop DJing... for starters the 2 audio output card works perfect with almost no latency at all... anyways but this is not what the thread is about. peace |
See M-Audio has two USB units...both $250. I don't have $250.
Like I said, I think I'm the poorest person on these boards, lol.
