SASHA RULES! iPOD FTWFTWFTW
Here's to playing 9 tracks at once!
Track @ 28 minutes sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sexy wow...
belated review
For me this set starts at around the 38th minute
Maher I'm sure Erika told you how I feel about slow-chilledout house and that's what your first half is made up of so im not going to go into too much detail except to say that whoever does like that kind of music would definately dig the melodic relaxing notes and beats you spin in the first half. Good shit, just not for me hehe
Now back to the 38th minute
I LOVE that distant clinky hook that never stops and keeps you in the grove (that's my minimanimal speaking)....41:25 has that wonderful minimalistic waterfall that I love ..the funky housy stuff that reminds me of Masielo doesn't rub off too well with me tho..
46:30...Dopplewhipper...what the hell can i say about this track? You saw me going absolutely mental to it when Burridge dropped it, James Holden spins it, and you saw me again when Bender dropped it at Stereobar not too long ago..it's fucking solid, I love it. Ananda is one of the current best I'd say. One minor critique tho: BRING THOSE DAMN BPMs UP A BIT MORE AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!! hahahahaaha
57:28 is a great mood maker and builder, as if you're in a maze, the junkie EDM community would go mental for this as they form a huge circle and sway under the DJ booth
Overall: the flow and mixing is great, i'd just say you should bring up the BPM a little more and not focus too much on the chilled-out aspect but the other, darker, filthier side.
Not my prefered type of EDM, but a lot of other people love this shit and for that I commend you. Good job and where's that promised second part?
MT
