I def would not recommend this, are you doing this for weight loss or just for fun? Either way it's not a smart idea, you going to pretty much stop your metabolism and once you do eat again, your body is going to turn it into fat reserves instantly b/c your body is under the impression that your starving so you goign to put on weight twice as fast. Also I dont know your size and bmi index or fat percentage but if your trim or have a little fat your body after feeding off fat will start feeding of muscles, the worst is your heart being damaged. Def dont try starving yourself for a whole month. If you want to cut your calorie intake you can do it properly while still getting nutrition and not damaging your body. Or you could do the exact opposite lol, just wanted to throw in my .02. Gl with whatever you wanna do.
