from a long Giants fan experience, i actually feel sorry for Dallas becuase deep inside I have a feeling that there will be a lot of Cowboy players taking out of that game with injuries.
LOL Giants vs. Dallas.
penalties and not finishing in the red is just sad
Tough loss for you Giants fans. This loss almost definitly eliminates you guys from the playoffs. Look on the bright side, if you're lucky Coughlin won't be back next year. Atleast my Jets got a win today :-)

The Giants have way too much talent to be playing this bad. Although you cannot blame a coach for everything, it seems a coaching change is in order as these players do not seem to want to play for him at all. Especially on defense, how could they give up that last drive so easily right after the offense tied the game?
I was at the game tonight, got company luxury box seats. I cant beleive how many cowboy fans were at the game. Romo didnt put up big numbers but made plays when he had to.
I dont really think the Giants played bad at all today.
Fuckin Cowboys.... I want to see Gramitica miss a field goal for the win in the playoffs
When I saw him miss the first field goal I said to my friend, "Tuna must be fucking PISSED." Then he made three more. Good for him. Maybe he'll silence the critics a little bit.

The coach has got no spine at all. Definitely not a NY coach. He lets everyone (Media / Players/ Fans) push him around. Great example on 4th down and a yard barber walks down to the sidelines and motions to Coughlin to run big Brandon Jacobs. From the look in his face thats not what he had planned but went for it due to pressure from others. A good coach is bold and leads with results not temper tantrums.
!!!
what is up with the GMEN?
Red Jersey's? Aren't those hexed?
I honestly hope that the Giants dont make the playoffs just so that Coughlin doesnt come back.
And Im hoping that Jon Gruden leaves Tampa Bay, cause I think hes one coach that can discipline the Giants, as well as run the offense and defense successfully. I would like to see him try the west coast offense he had with the Raiders on the Giants.

Kiwanuka fumbling that interception didn't help much either. Just goes to show you what they're dealing with on a weekly basis. Stupid penalties and a few stupid plays.
-Dan
plain and simple
you can't take penalties and expect to win, negative yards don't get you into the red zone/end zone
and
if you're within 10 from the goal line, YOU HAVE TO PUT IT IN
That pretty much distinguishes the type of team any team in the NFL is for that matter. Good QB, Bad QB, Bad Coach, Bad O-Line, whatever you want to call it, it HAS TO GO IN!
gang green got game.....
^^^ This is true. Look at Grossman from the Bears yesterday. Another HORRIBLE game for him. Didn't even break 100yds for the day and threw 3 int's. They got pts off a safety, rushing td, interception td and a punt return for a td. If only he had a little bit of talent left from the beginning of the season they would have won by MUCH more of a margin.

| Originally posted by kid nyce lol i'd hate to say grossman lacking talent but rather confidence. Especially when you are slumping, it's quite frusturating and all the mechanics of the game get thrown out of wack. Timing issues, the basic fundamentals break down, and you lose the actual momentum of the game. It's like playing on your heels, flat footed, with no pop to your game. |
