i think about quitting, but then i say to myself that its harder to quit than it is to keep smoking.
i should probably quit though.
Good for you Jenny!
Keep it up. I sort of gave up two weeks ago, I don't touch cigarettes during the week etc I've substituted this by smoking crack cocaine
!
I can be partial to the odd cigar in the pub at the weekend, social situations will probably be the worse. Cigars for me act as an encouragement to quit because when I spark one up in a pub or a bar everyone stares at you thinking your a right cvnt.
I'm having to use patches. Tried without one month ago on the second day I saw red and came close to punching a work colleague.
With the weight business go to the gym and chew loads of gum.
i plan on quitting after i graduate.........
may be i cant
I enjoy a cig right after lunch , but i'm glad you've quit.
I've tried to take up smoking but couldn't get myself hooked. I smoke on ocasion, like when i need to activate mdma faster or while rolling. Also i smoke sometimes when i'm watching a movie and someone smokes on camera.
I'm going to smoke right now!!!

Don't quit being a pole smoker!
Hey, congrats on quitting. I have been smoking since 11 (with 2 year break between 14-16) till i was 18. Mostly about a pack a day. Less on somedays, sometimes more.
Anyways I quit over a year ago by reading "Easy way to quit smoking" by Allen Carr. Its a pretty popular book, been translated to many languages, and you can get it at your local bookstore. So far I gave the book to my father, cousin and 4 of my smoking friends and all have quit. Now my father was a smoker with 20+ years experience.
Im not going to explain how the book works, all I can say is I read the book in little over 4 hours. Woke up next morning and never had cigarette again. No cravings, no pissy mood. Just quit. All my previous attempts with cold turkey, gum etc were unsuccessfull. I tried to quit 13+ times before and it didnt work.
Even though you have been smoke free for awhile I suggest you read the book and after that you wont be looking at cigaretts the same. The only side effects I had from quitting were 2 dreams about smoking. Thats it.
Good luck
nuttin better than beer with a cig
