i would never wanna be a property manager after this job. i just do data entry things.

we manage the properties like fix ppl's units if they have roof damage or a fire. it's not showing off properties. we gotta make sure we pay the light bill/water + sewer type of stuff

I've heard stories in the news about snakes coming out of the toilet bowl dude, but never rats. If I would have had my gun, that would have been a major risk. It would have been quick, but what if I would have missed? I would have chipped the porcelain of the bowl, big time and maybe injured myself. I'm not THAT good of a shot.

This might be a "Only in FL" story though, hehe. I didn't get to sleep till around 6 or so. Adrenaline took quite some time to thin out.

That happened to me in my home in NY. One night it was late and I went to the fridge and a mouse ran across MY FOOT. Scared the absolute hell out of me. In this case, I really WISH it was a mouse, would have been a lot easier to kill.

about the gun i wouldnt have used it.. if you shoot the rat it will die yes but the bullet would mostlikely go through and then through the can. Then you have water all over not to mention might have shattered the entire thing. Then you have to buy new toliet =0(
