btw DA I wanted to tell you that it wasn't Eddie that jacked your review..it was Jay 
but i slept at 11 after running around and getting chores done around miami (had to stay at work a full day while other peoplewere texting me to go out at around noon...lol..)
Alright now that my hangovers pretty much gone, i'll put a short review...
Got there with Eric at about 11:30ish and saw eddie G in front. We skipped that long ass line like we owned the place 
(thanks Eddie) Got in and chilled with Edgar for a bit in the VIP before he went to go play. Once he came on he started with some nice house music which was a perfect warm-up for what Mr. Acosta had in store for us. I think Acosta came on at about 2 something? I was already by like 4 drinks by then so I dunno (not counting pre-drinking 
)...All i know is that Acosta came on there swinging!! freakin' drooping some crazy ass techy/hard trance tracks...haha and he says I play hard trance? 
I think my breakfast mix spirit got into him there for a bit especially when he dropped Yakooza - Cocaine (Scot Project Remix) 
been dying to actually hear that in a club...which BTW 
for forgetting my earplugs!! Music was loud as shit!! Eric and I ended up dipping at like 4:30...we didn't know Edgar was ging back on there to do a tag team All in all it was a great night, and i'll def. be attening as much as possible in the future.

I heard someone saud Yajoozaa - Cocaine somewhre in here ??? THat tune its freaking awesome!!!!! Glad to see he played a great set. Couldnt make it last night guys... hopefully next time.
I was a bit hesistant to take the ride up to Spirits being that my last trip to that club was for the PVD debacle. But oh did last night make up for it completely.
When I got there it was about 12:15, so I was worried about the CJ guestlist being closed, but the girl @ the door hooked it up without any problem at all. At that time Edgar was throwing down one of his trademark great opening sets, house but very upbeat and danceable. Every track he played built upon the last one and it all flowed nicely, flawless mixing as always, and setting the stage perfectly for what Acosta was about to unleash upon the crowd.
Then came Acosta, and I agree with the other reviews, he did bring it nasty. From the first track he played it was all energy, hard techy and beat driven trance. No cheese or fluff at all. Just when you'd think he was going to drop the energy level down a bit, he would raise it up over and over again. I haven't heard him spin like that in a while. Perfect track selection and mixing IMO. For anyone who did not enjoy his set, to each his own, but I would say you just do not like trance. Notable highlight tracks I can recall and ID include: Cocaine (sick ass remix and probably track of the night), Airwave (Tyas rmx), Dance4Life (SVD rmx maybe???), Take Me Away (Zims rmx), Lethal Industry (Durand rmx).
All in all a great night. If the promoters do their job hopefully this party can continue to build itself up, because musically this was a 10 out of 10 and if enough people hear about it they will come.
Lastly, it was great meeting some TAs last night, notably DA, BDR, Nfekted, Elecmfreak, Relik, Groove Eric, & Coastie. And yes DA was dancing his ass off to house music last night, so I almost did not believe it was him when they introduced us.
Aw glad last nite was good, I always hate missing Edgar but I know he always rocks shit 
Mel & I were there in spirit...we kept texting Edgar too.

Last nite was good times with good peeps and slamming trance music, brings back memories of the good ole days, with the new year around the corner, lets hope some of those good memories come back and become permanent for the EDM scene of south florida, till the next time bitches

I want to thank all of those who came out to support our first night @ Spirits!!!! Hopefully those who missed it can come by and check it out on the 29th!!!!
