my appologies to the locals since many of them are great...but kyau & albert have never been to canada, and they have a lot of fans here! they should definitely receive a proper set time...my proposal would be:
johan gielen - 1:30-3:30
Kyau & Albert - 3:30-close
i don't think many ppl would argue with wanting those times.

As for the moran who quoted me: learn to interpret the english language, or at least go to some of these parties on your own to understand why it gives a bad impression to the dj's. Never said I had a problem with younger people partying, just from my experience destiny raves have extremely underage people who do not represent the city well and clear out before the headliners even come on. They have literally caused a couple dj's I contact to not schedule returns to Toronto. As well, you get NOTHING from 1.5 hours of music, you don't get to hear what the DJ is all about. |
If like New Years Eve this will be my second time to a Desting & Temporal Rhythm event and my last. Come on seriously why they have international djs only get to spin for an hour and a half. I have nothing against the canadian talent at all but wtf. Cosmic Gate on NYE was killing then finish so fast i was just getting in the music. But then we had Jelo for 6 hours wtf, eh don't get me wrong he was good.
Any other event would take advantage and have the international dj spin for at least 2 or 3 hours. Easy fix less djs longer set times like guvernment.

When do tickets go on sale?

do the prices vary on how long a dj plays....i mean, if they were to play at least 3 hours each they would get more money, or, if they played shorter, they get less money...either way, lets just try to get them to play long, and make it a memorable first appearence in toronto for KvA

HI EVERYONE!!
I'll be returning from Australia about 2 weeks before this!!!
So it'll be a nice welcome home party
I saw Johan and got to hang out with him a bit just last month here in Melbourne.
And when I arrived last year, I got to spend the day and night with Ralph and Albert while the promoters took them, me and a few others around to see the sights of Sydney.
It's going to be funny to catch up with them in T.O.
Can't wait to party with the TOTA again. It's been along time
