ps. heard that gabriel and dresden remix on asot last week (or the week before?) and it's definitly nothing to write home about, ... i like the original though, best track of "sam's town"

I've had this track for a while now. I think it's pretty good. Doesn't sound like trance at all to me. More like early-style dance.

Personally I feel that G & D are experimenting with new styles because of the whole emo craze over here in the states. Believe it or not this track and the coldplay - swallowed by the sea [freek geuze], Snow Patrol - Chasing Cars and the new Tiesto - In the Dark track are all typical emo vocals. Perhaps the demand for these tracks is what needs to be addressed. We obviously do not want them produced but there are definitely people very much impressed with these newely released tracks. Try not to blame it solely on Gabriel & Dresden...they mean no harm.

blake jarrell shows this as well, his remixes are sort of, hm vocal progressive trance tracks :-) and they sound hard going to pop, but i love it still, even though i dont like pop music, but then again love vocals.

i formyself would enjoy being trance a double sided music with vocals and trance :-) thats all the way it should go.

and g&d do the very best throwing out music people do like, maybe not in their organized nature electro uzzzzzzz sets but .. overall!

and the killers remix rocks the house, and jacques lu cont didnt remix it better, because hes not on the list :-)
