I look at my genitals and wonder what happened.
My routine is usually calling up ex girlfriends near the end of my night or when i arrive home usually around 7-9am. Asking them to come over "i miss u", "you complete me", "where did we go wrong" etc.. after my asking turns into failed begging, I hit MSN. I think the best is calling your buddies who are sketched just like you and reminicing of the night before. As for eating I always try to eat something but there is literally a 30 second oppurtunity where my body says "ok this is it big guy" and i can literally feel my stomach getting smaller, and smaller and smaller....and then comes a unvoluntary hungry strike that lasts anywhere from 12 hrs to 2 days
My usual successful remedy is lots of water prior and during the nite, 3 square meals and pounding back a few drinks..
but then again, sketch is like buying E from the asian dude in the Guv mainroom by the speaker, you never know what you gonna get

As far as I know, it is safe for work.
For me, working out and sleeping like 3 times a day totaly smoothes out the next week.
But on those realy ruff weeks some 5htp, multi vitamins, C,and the least most important thing ...

aren't you supposed to take all that 5htp, multi-vitamin shit before you do drugs? that's what i sometimes do and i usually feel great the next day
5htp promotes growth of serotonin so u can take it before to max it out, but once u drop, it depletes it so u take 5htp to promote the rebuild

I had excess of it and it�s really ruining my life, I think I did some permanent damages to my brain during all those druggy days.

i know i'll get laughed at for this but how about.....
DON'T DO DRUGS!!?
- FOOD. for real. if i eat a fairly decent amount in the afternoon/evening (even if it will probably be less than on a normal day), i'll feel pretty decent the day after. if i eat barely anything, i will not be able to eat for like 2 days and food will taste gross. i do not enjoy that. AT ALL.
- lots and lots of gatorade/juice/liquids.
- small amount of alcohol in the evening. actually no, at pride i was pretty drunk later on that night and i STILL felt fine the next day as well. LOL.
- sleeping pill at 7 pm for a nice 12 hour nap.
oh yeah, and friends to be retarded with. i hate being alone the day after, even though i love being alone the rest of the time!
