According to www.moonbeam-music.com They seem to be a Russian group of four guys. I believe that's the 12" release, not sure about a digital.

I was just going to guess that this was a Moonbeam track after hearing the new Moonbeam mix of Minilogue - Seconds. Exact same sounds. Good job fellas!

I just ordered a copy on vinyl, haven't found an mp3 source yet. I'll probably rip it off the vinyl when it arrives, which I might host online, but I'll let you know if I have any luck with a direct digital source.
