My thoughts exactly, when I read the thread title I thought it would have been a reference to an old Sasha set.

Thom on The Eraser remixes

The following message from Thom came in:

For anyone who has heard The Eraser, there are some remixes coming.
Yes.

I got excited. I've been listening through. I mean. There's some freaky shit.

They may start appearing soon. Gradually. Briefly.
Just a taste. And then gone.

On www.theeraser.net

First there is Surgeon's Rmx of The Clock.
This was the one that made me think, we got to start getting these out.
I was chuffed he wanted to do it as think he is a MASTER.
He has turned it into something really hard. And disco.
Well what i call disco anyhow.
It made me very proud.

I hope it gets played in a club somewhere.
Not that i get out much nowadays.

Peace to us all during the festive season.

Thm
x

Sounds like a Sasha remix to me, His own edit of this track might be on his Involver 2 CD. Might be cool!

BTW, the above Youtube vid in Vancouver, I was there that night, right in front of Sasha the whole night, he dropped that track at the end, thought I didn't know then it was the Eraser. I got to shake his hand at the end of the night and got my Involver CD signed, it was one of the best nights of my life. Blew both Tiesto and PVD I say that same year.

this is ripped from a podcast mix, john kennedy on Elektrotherapy (elektrotherapy.blogspot.com). there's a mix-in from another song at the start, and some talking over the end.
