Trance never died, the lifecycle will see its return in a differnt form.
tbh most trance is pooh at the moment, trying to incorporate electro elements in everything or just the airey fairy garbage, i want to see what the minimal techno surge will do for the producers of trance, as i think the minimal stuff at the moment is fantastic, as is the psy thats being played/produced and all the progressive stuff thats being churned out.
nothing is dead, just reborn. i am really looking forward to the direction some of these genre's are taking.
Its really setting the bar quite high and separating the hight class producers from the lower classed rush jobs. imo

Can someone please provide me with a link to these said 'electro house' tunes by m.i.k.e.
But yeah, this guy has a rediculous amount of aliases, i don't mind if he dabbles in a lil' electro house for fun or for a bit of extra cash, just as long as he doesn't make a full blown transition. But hey, CJ Bolland is a fellow Belgian and he spins some awesome electro nowadays, so if m.i.k.e follows his footsteps it wouldn't be a complete waste.
Still disappointing though.
