how can you be charged with murder due to being confined to your bed for a couple of minutes? maybe your talking about sleep walking, where some people can act out on their inner emotions.

unless, like he was driving a semi-truck and fell asleep and when he "woke up" he was going the wrong way on the LA freeway, but "paralyzed" and killed 1000000 school children and got away with involuntary manslaughter

Has happend to me quite a few times. Its really scary. I have to jolt my self really hard to get myself to wake up and get out of it. I normally have to count down also.
It happens to me alot when I sleep on planes, which really sucks. The person next to me is always like "what the fuck is wrong with you" because I suddenly have this whole body spasm

now somebody give me a line of K dammit!
